1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Style Math AI ("Style Math," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Style Math website at stylemath.ai and the Style Math mobile application on iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading the application, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age (or 18 in jurisdictions where a higher age of consent applies) to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, gender, and body measurements.

3.2 One Account Per Device

We enforce a policy of one active account per device to maintain service integrity and prevent abuse. If a device is found to have been previously associated with another account, access may be restricted.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the device on which the application is installed. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Description of the Service

Style Math AI is an artificial intelligence-powered personal styling application that provides the following features:

  • AI Outfit Generation: Upload your photo, select an occasion and style preferences, and receive AI-generated outfit visualizations on your actual photo.
  • Personal Gallery: Save, organize into albums, favourite, and download your generated style images.
  • Album Sharing: Share curated albums with others via unique share codes.
  • Style Customization: Choose from 50+ occasions, adjust modesty, tone, season, cultural preferences, and add custom styling prompts.
  • Credit Wallet: Manage styling credits through subscriptions, top-ups, and bonus rewards.
  • Referral Programme: Earn rewards by inviting others to the platform.
  • Help Center & Support: Access FAQs, submit support tickets, and request features.

5. User Content & Photos

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Style Math a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

5.2 Consent for AI Processing

By uploading photos for AI styling, you expressly consent to:

  • Your photos being transmitted to and processed by our third-party AI generation partners for the purpose of creating styled outfit images.
  • Your profile attributes (gender, measurements, skin tone) being used to enhance AI styling prompts.
  • The storage of your uploaded photos and generated images in cloud infrastructure for the duration of your account.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to all photos you upload.
  • Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • You will not upload photos of other individuals without their informed consent.
  • Your User Content does not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You can delete your own content at any time through the app.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of AI Output

The styling recommendations, outfit visualizations, and images generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence models. While we strive for high quality and relevance, AI-generated content:

  • May not always be perfectly accurate in depicting clothing fit, fabric, colour, or proportions.
  • Is provided for personal styling inspiration and visualization purposes only.
  • Should not be relied upon as professional fashion, medical, or body image advice.
  • May vary in quality depending on input photo quality, lighting, and resolution.

6.2 Licence to Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, download, and share AI-generated images created through the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use AI-generated content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6.3 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific number of generations, output quality, or that the AI output will meet your particular expectations. Generation results depend on multiple factors including input quality, model capabilities, and style complexity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, code, AI models, brand name, logos, visual identity, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by Style Math and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the application, unless expressly permitted by law.

The names "Style Math," "Style Math AI," the STYLE Math wordmark, and associated logos are trademarks of Style Math. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

8.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI outfit generation consumes credits from your wallet. Credits can be acquired through:

  • Subscriptions (recurring credit allocations)
  • One-time top-up purchases
  • Referral rewards and promotional bonuses

8.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through:

  • Apple App Store for iOS in-app purchases.
  • Google Play Store for Android in-app purchases.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle for active subscriptions.

8.3 Subscriptions

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
  • Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining credits until they expire.

8.4 Bonus Credits & Expiry

Bonus credits (received through promotions, referrals, or other means) may have an expiry period. Expired bonus credits cannot be restored or redeemed. We will provide reasonable notice before bonus credits expire.

8.5 Coupons

Promotional coupons may be offered from time to time. Coupons are subject to their own terms, may not be combined with other offers, and expire on the stated date. We reserve the right to revoke coupons that are obtained fraudulently.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

9.1 Generation Failures

If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your wallet.

9.2 Subscription Refunds

Refund policies for subscription payments are governed by the respective app store or payment gateway:

9.3 Non-Refundable Items

Credits that have been used for successful AI generations are non-refundable. Bonus credits, promotional credits, and referral rewards are non-refundable.

10. Referral Programme

Style Math offers a referral programme allowing you to earn credits by inviting new users. By participating, you agree that:

  • Referral codes are for personal, non-commercial sharing only.
  • Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to claim referral benefits) are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
  • Referral rewards are subject to the programme terms in effect at the time of the referral.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
  • We may revoke referral benefits obtained through fraudulent or abusive means.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the Service:

  • Creating multiple accounts or circumventing the one-account-per-device policy.
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Uploading photos of other individuals without their consent.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, our servers, or our networks.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Service.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Service or AI-generated content without authorization.
  • Misusing the referral programme through fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Circumventing or manipulating the credit/wallet system.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Authentication: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In
  • AI Image Generation: Third-party AI model providers for outfit generation
  • AI Language Models: Third-party AI language models for prompt enhancement
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud service providers for hosting, storage, and messaging
  • Payment Processing: Apple App Store, Google Play Store
  • Analytics: Analytics services for usage insights

These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Your use of these services is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Without limiting the foregoing, we explicitly disclaim all warranties of:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights.
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated styling recommendations or images.
  • Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
  • Compatibility with your specific device, operating system, or browser.

AI-generated outfit images are intended for personal visualization and inspiration. They do not constitute professional fashion advice, body image guidance, or medical recommendations. Style Math is not a substitute for professional styling consultation.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Style Math, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or data.
  • The conduct or content of any third party on or accessed through the Service.
  • Any AI-generated content, including its accuracy, appropriateness, or quality.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Style Math in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Style Math and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your User Content, including any claims that it infringes third-party rights.
  • Your misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

16. Termination

16.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by initiating account deletion through the app. Upon deletion, your profile data, uploaded photos, and generated images will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may cancel a pending deletion request before processing is complete.

16.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Your account is associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • You fail to provide accurate registration information.
  • It is required by law or a valid legal order.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Unused credits and active subscriptions are forfeited upon termination for cause. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue in effect.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, in English, and seated in India. The award shall be final and binding on both parties.

17.3 Jurisdiction

For any disputes not subject to arbitration, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Notify you through the app or via email prior to the changes taking effect.
  • Request renewed acceptance where required.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
